Once we’ve selected the perfect extensions for you, it’s time to place your order. Here’s what to expect:

• Extensions take up to 14 days to arrive.

• Hair must be paid for in full upfront to secure the order.

• All hair purchases are non-refundable, as the hair is custom ordered for you.

We source only premium quality Remy human hair, with brands like Baciami and Samantha Harrison, ensuring your new locks look and feel natural.

🧼 Step 3: Hair Preparation – The Night Before

The night before your appointment, wash your hair thoroughly using a clarifying or oil-free shampoo. This removes product buildup, natural oils, and any residue that may prevent the extensions from bonding properly.

🚫 Do NOT use:

• Conditioner

• Leave-in treatments

• Hair oils or serums

If your hair tends to get oily quickly or if you use a lot of styling products, we recommend using a clarifying shampoo for a few days leading up to your appointment. This ensures a squeaky-clean base for a secure, long-lasting install.

Ensure your hair is 100% dry before arriving — we cannot install extensions on damp hair.
