Get to Know Kirby

At the age of 16 Kirby started school-based Traineeship for a well-known Hair and beauty Salon in the heart of Brisbane city. After she completed her trainee-ship, she went on to study her diploma of Beauty Therapy, Diploma of Salon Management well as completing an apprenticeship and cert 3 in hairdressing.

Kirby is very passionate about increasing her knowledge and expertise in her field. Enrolling in short courses to keep up to date with new trends and products.

Beauty, Make-up and Hair is truly Kirby’s passion and her love for her career shines in her work.

During her time working within some of Brisbane’s biggest salons, Kirby has been received the opportunity to work with a huge range of professional brands and products. During your visit to Kirby’s hair and beauty you can be confident that we only use the best quality products for all our treatments, while trying to support as many local Australian businesses as possible.

Kirby is also the Queensland Trainer for Body Sugaring the oldest and most natural form hair removal.

Kirby's hair and beauty journey began in 2018, 6 months after the birth of Kirby’s daughter Lunar. Kirby’s hair and beauty is a family friendly private home salon, that strives to offer the best quality treatments & services at a convenient time to suit her guests. Opening hours are:

Monday - Friday 6pm till late

Wednesdays & Thursday 10am-2pm
